Ascend Behavioral Health & Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health

Ascend and Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health are in search of two Clinical Supervisors.  These positions require licensure and the ability to supervise unlicensed mental health clinicians.  These professionals will oversee the care, treatment, and services for patients admitted to residential programs.  Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health includes two residential programs each a 6-bed treatment facility for adults 18+ years old.  Ascend Behavioral Health operates a single 6-bed facility for adolescents 12-17 years old.  The ideal candidate would have multiple years of experience in the treatment of mental health disorders in the respective populations and experience in supervising unlicensed clinicians, pre-doctoral interns, and graduate students.  Please contact Jason Christopherson at jason.christopherson@ascendbh.com for information to apply.

General Classified Advertisements

Allan G. Hedberg, Ph.D.

My new on-line TV series entitled, Doctor, Teach Me to Parent has now commenced on CentralValleyTalk.com.  The program airs live on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month at 10:00am, PST. each program is also replayed on the second and fourth weeks and made available on YouTube.

Sponsorships are now available. Each program will have 4-8 time slots for the display of brief advertisements.  For the support of the program, each sponsor will be given several ads per week for a month.  Two types of sponsorships are available:

PRIMARY SPONSOR: individuals or businesses who support the program for a month at a cost of $100.  The business is clearly identified along with their website and address

SECONDARY SPONSOR: designed for those who desire to sponsor a program for a month at $50. Their ad will be presented only a few times per month

CHARITY SPONSOR: Alternatively, for $100 a sponsor could choose to advocate for and advertise a charity of their choice.
